Favourite MVs (Music Videos)

These are my 5 favourite MVs.

1) Sugar (by Maroon 5)

This song was a bomb at the time it released. The mere footages of Adam Levine and the Maroon 5 secretly enters every wedding just make this music video truly unique.

2) Counting Stars (by OneRepublic)

As if the music was not “chaos” enough, OneRepublic decide to make a one of a kind music video.

3) Daylight (by David Kushner)

This song sparked as it introduced everyone to David Kushner, a super-talented potential music writer and singer. Based on the lyrics and the music video, it was clear why this song has 300 million views.

4) Roar (by Katy Perry)

Katy Perry is always known for her amazing singing. In this music video, she emerged her character as a survivor in a plane crash, trying to live and submerge with the nature. This was a great topic, as the idea of connecting with the nature is being talked about more.

5) Hai ThαΊΏ Giα»›i (Two Worlds) (by Wowy & Karik)

This is a Vietnamese rap song, by two famous first gen Viet rappers. The song is about the two complete opposite worlds in Saigon, where one side is the pretentiously rich and luxurious life of wealthy businesspeople, and one side is the city’s workers and refugees living in tight alleys and have to think about every penny that they earn. It shows the desire to be rich of the majority of Saigon’s population.
